At Phanteks, we stand by the quality of our PC hardware and accessories with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items for a full refund or exchange provided they are in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Phanteks account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original boxes with all included manuals and accessories to ensure no damage occurs during transit; clearly mark the RMA number on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix your prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the returned hardware, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
